Why I built this
Built to outlast election day.
I built Local Leader HQ while running for Pflugerville City Council, because I was doing my own compliance filings, town hall outreach, and social posts with no staff and no budget for five different tools. Most software in this space is built for statewide and federal campaigns with paid treasurers and comms teams. Local candidates don't have that, and neither do the officials and PACs they become after the election. Local Leader HQ is the same workspace before and after: the tool I used to run for office is the one I use to run my office now.

Questions
Who is this for?
Candidates, elected officials, PACs, and the staff supporting them, running for or already serving in local office: city council, school board, county, and similar roles.
Do you replace my state's filing system?
No. We generate the reports and numbers you need; you still file through your state or local system. Direct e-filing is on the roadmap where it's supported.
Is my data secure?
Bank connections use Plaid, sensitive credentials are encrypted, and campaign workspaces are designed to keep tenant data separate. Access remains limited to authorized workspace members.
Which states do you support?
Texas only, for now. Filing rules and schedules are state-specific, and we're building them one state at a time, starting with the one we know best.
When can I start using it?
